디지털 콘텐츠 특성상 환불이 불가합니다.

1인 1결제 사용이 원칙입니다.

저작권 위반시 법적 책임을 물을 수 있습니다.

<수강생 취소>

첫 수업 1주일 전 100% 환불

첫 수업 5일 전 70% 환불

첫 수업 3일 전 50% 환불

첫 수업 1일 전, 시작 이후, no show 환불 불가

<강사 취소>

수강인원 미달로 인한 취소 100% 환불

3)온라인강의(단일강좌)

① 수강 시작 후 7일 이내, 5강 미만 수강 한 경우, 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 수강 시작 후 7일 초과, 5강 이상 수강 시에는 잔여일에 대한 환불이 가능합니다.

③ 수강 시작 후 기간 초과 또는 총 강의 수강의 50% 이상 경과한 경우 환불이 불가합니다.

④ 환불 금액은 아래 기준에 따라 계산됩니다.

환불금액 = 결제금액 - 이용금액(a) - 교재이용금액(e) - 해지위약금(f)

a.이용금액= 수강 기간에 따른 이용 금액(b)과 수강 진도에 따른 이용 금액(d) 중 큰 금액

b.수강 기간에 따른 이용 금액 = 경과일수 * 일 사용 금액(c)

c.일 사용금액= 할인 전 강좌 금액/전체 수강일수

d.수강 진도에 따른 이용 금액 = 아래 표 참고

e.교재 이용 금액 = pdf교재 다운로드시 발생하는 비용

f.해지위약금= 결제금액의 10% (이용 금액 또는 교재 이용 금액이 0원일 경우 위약금 없음)

<수강진도 이용금액>

수강기간 시작일로부터 7일 이내 3개 이하 클래스 영상을 이용한 경우 = 없음

수강진도 2/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 2/18

수강진도 3/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 3/18

수강진도 6/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 6/18

수강진도 8/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 8/18

수강진도 9/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 9/18

수강진도 12/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 12/18

수강진도 14/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 14/18

수강진도 15/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 15/18

수강진도 15/18 경과 후 = 강좌금액의 전액

*수강 진도란 총클래스 영상 중 이용한 영상 수의 비율을 말한다.

4)구독서비스

① 수강 시작 후 7일 이내, 5강 미만 수강 한 경우, 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 수강 시작 후 7일 초과, 5강 이상 수강 시에는 잔여일에 대한 환불이 가능합니다.

③ 수강 시작 후 기간 초과 또는 총 강의 수강의 50% 이상 경과한 경우 환불이 불가합니다.

④ 구독 요금 기준이 아닌, 수강을 시작한 개별 강좌별로 총이용금액(a)이 책정 됩니다.

⑤ 환불 금액은 아래 기준에 따라 계산됩니다.

환불금액 = 결제금액 - 총이용금액(a) - 총교재이용금액(e) - 해지위약금(f)

a.총이용금액 = 수강을 시작한 개별 강좌 이용 금액(b)의 합

b.개별 과목 이용 금액 = 수강을 시작한 개별 강좌당 수강 기간에 따른 이용 금액(c)과 수강 진도에 따른 이용 금액(e) 중 큰 금액

c.수강 기간에 따른 이용 금액 = 개별 강좌의 수강 경과일수 * 일 사용 금액(c)

d.일 사용금액 = 개별 강좌의 할인 전 금액/개별 강좌의 전체 수강일수

e.수강 진도에 따른 이용 금액 = 개별 강좌의 진도에 따른 이용 금액으로 아래 표 참고

f.교재 이용 금액 = pdf교재 다운로드시 발생하는 비용

g.해지위약금 = 결제금액의 10% (총이용 금액 또는 총 교재 이용 금액이 0원일 경우 위약금 없음)

강좌별 수강기간 시작일로부터 7일 이내 3개 이하 클래스 영상을 이용한 경우 = 없음

강좌별 수강진도 2/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 2/18

강좌별 수강진도 3/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 3/18

강좌별 수강진도 6/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 6/18

강좌별 수강진도 8/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 8/18

강좌별 수강진도 9/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 9/18

강좌별 수강진도 12/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 12/18

강좌별 수강진도 14/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 14/18

강좌별 수강진도 15/18 경과 전 = 강좌금액의 15/18

Refund Policy

1) Digital Materials / Sheet Music

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available.

This content is an electronic publication by Darakbyeol. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or illegal copying is strictly prohibited.

Each purchase is limited to use by one individual.

Legal action may be taken in the event of copyright infringement.

2) Live Classes

100% refund: Up to 7 days before the first class
70% refund: Up to 5 days before the first class
50% refund: Up to 3 days before the first class
No refund: 1 day before the first class, after the class has started, or in case of no-show

100% refund if the class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment

3) Online Courses (Single Course)

If requested within 7 days of starting the course and fewer than 5 lectures have been completed, a full refund may be issued.
If more than 7 days have passed and 5 or more lectures have been completed, a partial refund for the remaining period is available.
Refunds are not available if the course period has expired or if more than 50% of the total lectures have been completed.
Refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Payment Amount − Usage Fee (a) − Material Usage Fee (e) − Cancellation Fee (f)

a. Usage Fee = The greater of:
- (b) Usage based on elapsed days, or
- (d) Usage based on course progress
b. Usage based on elapsed days = Number of days used × Daily rate (c)
c. Daily rate = Original (non-discounted) course price ÷ Total course duration (days)
d. Usage based on course progress = See table below
e. Material usage fee = Cost incurred when downloading PDF materials
f. Cancellation fee = 10% of the payment amount

(No cancellation fee applies if usage fee or material usage fee is 0)

Within 7 days of course start, if 3 or fewer lectures are used: No charge
Before reaching 2/18 progress: 2/18 of course price
Before reaching 3/18 progress: 3/18 of course price
Before reaching 6/18 progress: 6/18 of course price
Before reaching 8/18 progress: 8/18 of course price
Before reaching 9/18 progress: 9/18 of course price
Before reaching 12/18 progress: 12/18 of course price
Before reaching 14/18 progress: 14/18 of course price
Before reaching 15/18 progress: 15/18 of course price
After exceeding 15/18 progress: Full course price

Course progress is defined as the ratio of completed lectures to total lectures.

4) Subscription Service

If requested within 7 days of starting and fewer than 5 lectures have been completed, a full refund may be issued.
If more than 7 days have passed and 5 or more lectures have been completed, a partial refund for the remaining period is available.
Refunds are not available if the subscription period has expired or if more than 50% of the total lectures have been completed.
The total usage fee (a) is calculated per individual course started, not based on the subscription fee.
Refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Payment Amount − Total Usage Fee (a) − Total Material Usage Fee (e) − Cancellation Fee (f)

a. Total Usage Fee = Sum of usage fees for each individual course started
b. Usage fee per course = The greater of:
- (c) Usage based on elapsed days, or
- (e) Usage based on course progress
c. Usage based on elapsed days = Days used × Daily rate
d. Daily rate = Original (non-discounted) price of each course ÷ Total duration of that course
